Once your order gets confirmed through our Website or direct, on receiving payment into our Account, we take your confirmed order in process. OWD will transmit a confirmation email to your registered email address.

The prices are based on Product costs plus the delivery charge to your Door Step. Customers are requested, before confirming orders, to check the delivery charge and thereafter make a payment into the OWD Furniture account.

Deliveries and Order Confirmations:

All deliveries done to the doorstep are all as per actual! We deal direct with delivery companies to give max cost benefit to our customers and be cost effective.

Once orders get confirmed, please allow us about 4 to 6 weeks of time for deliveries. The deliveries are done on basis of one man delivery service; hence the delivery driver man is only obliged to deliver the goods to your main house entrance door. Please make sure you have arrangements to offload the goods from the truck . This is done to keep costs at it's lowest, to our customers.

All customers are requested, before you confirm a purchase, please make sure your premises, located within an area which allows for smooth carriage by the carrier from the main gate to your Doorstep, irrespective of the floor of your premises. Please ensure that access is suitable for the delivery.

OWD will not accept any cancellations, at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible, for e.g. doorway too small; insufficient space to maneuver furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery Van etc. Before ordering, please ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased furniture.

If in-case , you have any problems with regards to the product quality, please bear in mind that the product is made out of Re-claimed / Sheesham wood, which is a family of Indian Teak wood and has its own natural characteristics. Inspite of correct seasoning and moisture monitoring, there can be minor movements in wood. We will assess the problem and will offer on how to remedy ensure solution satisfactory to you.

Furniture Instructions:

All Furniture will be delivered in Cardboard / Plywood Boxes or Bubble wraps. All packed pcs will contain: Dimensions of furniture pcs in cms; Assembly instructions; Furniture care tips and Tools to assemble in select pcs only. The Tables which come in flat pack conditions.

Returns or Exchange:

At the time of delivery, it is always advised that you should carry out a visual inspection of the Furniture, before signing to declare that you have received your goods in good condition.
